Mr. Altholz established his consulting practice in 1986, with a focus on employing strategic and aggressive plannng to assist businesses in managing the unique challenges to address the immediate crisis they have encountered.
His goal is to provide a game plan to assist each Client, with a detailed immediate solution to their current crises, and a road map outlining the specific steps and tools needed to adapt, overcome, mitigate , recover, become profitable, and succeed.
Each solution is a comprehensive custom designed roadmap, which will employ strategic problem solving analysis, in order to address, manage, minimize, defend, and overcome each immediate crisis, with planning, support, and training , designed to also achieve a profitable future.
Mr Altholz assists each Client to quickly understand, manage, defend, and achieve the most favorable resolution to overcome their current crises and improve their business operations.
He is able to provide these services , based on his many years of experience, advising hundreds of business Clients, in methods required: to complete complex sales and business transactions; to aggressively supervise and manage their legal, accounting, sales, and financial team members , and to budget and reduce the associated costs and fees charged by their team members, and to collaborate with their team members on aggressive planning needed to defend , resolve, and end complex and costly disputes, litigation, criminal prosecution, arbitration, administrative actions, and appeals.
Mr Altholz retired from his long term law practice, but continues to operate his consulting practice.
Mr. Altholz is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1990), Clark University (B.A. 1984) , and the Hill School ( H.S. 1980).
Mr Altholz has extensive experience in all all aspects of business operations, every process from start up through winding up, and all issues in between, with a focus on problem solving and implementing turn around procedures and safeguards to help maximize his Client’s profits.
Before starting his practice, Mr. Altholz worked in various business sectors, including commercial credit; commercial finance, lending, and factoring; retail sales; b2b sales; technology product sales and support; retail and b2b sales management; review and analysid of business finance; and accounts receivables, commercial and consumer debt collection; tax issues; and restructuring and planning solutions for insolvency issues and bankruptcy planning , and collaborative management and supervision of his Client’s legal, accounting, tax, appraisers, surveyors, escrow officers, brokers and sales persons, experts, and other professionals.
Mr Alholz also clerked at the California Court of Appeal, the California Department of Corporations (Securities Enforcement Division) and Coleman & Marcus.
Mr. Altholz has represented hundreds of clients including individuals, families, and business entities as part of both his consulting practice and as an attorney when he was practicing law .
Mr. Altholz has also volunteered his time to volunteer for pro bono causes since 1990.
